Live2D Commission is ready for commercial use (streaming, social media graphics, and merchandise .etc), but limited to INDIVIDUAL creators. For company use please inquire through Email for my rate.

Copy, heavily reference, or steal my work or text layouts.

Trace or copy any artwork you have bought from me or that has been made by me.

Claim the artwork you have received (via gift, commission, etc.) as your own.

USD payments will only be accepted through PayPal or Etsy.

After sending initial concepts and sketches, major revisions in design i.e. hairstyle and outfit will incur an additional charge, to be discussed with the client.

When the commission is almost done, major revisions would be considered as a new commission order.

Adding extra features after delivery will incur additional fees

After the design is finalized the IP (Intellectual property) will be transferred to the client, the artist can no longer alter the design without notifying the client.

The client should give credit in their social media biographies and Twitch and/or YouTube channel descriptions.

The client is allowed to ask for changes to the model even after the delivery of the commission. Major changes are considered as a new commission order.

If the client wishes to make changes to the model through another artist, they should inform Zikau (Me) in order to obtain the editable model files. This also helps in keeping track of who will be in possession of said files.

The client is not allowed to redistribute the model files or post it in public domain.

The client is not allowed to modify maliciously and resell the model.

The client is not allowed to take parts of the model and reuse it for personal and commercial purposes without permission.

We will be discussing the queue time and price.

If both parties agree on the queue time and price, you can pay in Full or 10/40/50 on Etsy or Paypal (Commission will not be accepted if the client has not notified me in any form, and the money will not be refundable. )

Designing/ Illustrating Phase

Sketch will be provided for reviewing and editing along the process.
After coloring, heavy modification requests will not be accepted.

Modeling/ Animation Phase
Details movement/ physic can be added by request (General movement direction is not negotiable, and it will be done automatically)

Application Phase
A recommend setting for Vtuber application will be provided by request (Vtube Studio Only)
A Demo video will also be included as a reference of how the model should work.

Commissions will be delivered via email in PSD or Model files ready for facial tracking. (Please provide your functional email address.)
Does NOT include .cmo3 file (more information under Client’s Rights).

the client has paid in full and has requested a refund before the commission started/ in the making.

the client request a different type of commission which cost less and wanted to cancel the already paid one

client chooses 10/40/50 payment and pays the first and half, but the bottom half is yet to be handled while wanting to cancel the order.

commission has already been finished, and the client shows no signs of dissatisfaction.

the client needs the money back for other expenses excluding emergencies.
